About the system

From patterns to a scalable system.

Workflow Skills System is an internal AI-assisted production ecosystem I built as part of my role as a Digital Learning Producer & Instructional Designer at Methodica, a digital learning company. It packages recurring e-learning patterns and team knowledge into reusable Skills that support the production workflow from content preparation through QA and maintenance. The challenge was to reduce repeated work and inconsistency while keeping the process flexible and maintainable as tools, templates, and standards evolved.

A workflow, not a collection of tools.

Knowledge Governance

Governed, not just automated.

Because the Skills encode shared production knowledge, I designed a maintenance model to keep them trustworthy as tools, templates and standards evolve.

Adoption & Impact

Adoption in day-to-day production.Adoption

I supported adoption through training,
1:1 support and group learning sessions.

The system in practice.

These screens come from learning modules built through the system and show a range of reusable interaction patterns, including character selection, single-choice questions, drag-and-drop interactions, drop-down selections, guided practice, and feedback. They were produced using reusable templates, Figma-to-code, responsive design, motion, and QA.
